ORACLE iSUPPLIER PORTAL & ERS (Evaluated Receipts Settlement)
 
The Ingersoll Rand iSupplier Portal is the primary method that is used to communicate transactional information directly with our suppliers.  Please see below for more information on registering for and using these new tools.

Steps for Participating in the iSupplier Portal and ERS Program:

  1. Download and Complete the ACCESS AGREEMENT.
  2. Gather the appropriate SUPPLIER and USER'S INFORMATION for your company.
  3. Each user MUST review and understand the TRAINING MATERIAL.
  4. Ensure COMPLETION of TRAINING MATERIAL.  
    • Each user / stakeholder has reviewed the training material and is comfortable with launching.
    • DO NOT PROCEED: If ANY user has questions or concerns about the process.  Please contact your IR Supply Manager for further support.
  5. SIGN-UP at the registration website.
    • Obtain website link from Supply Manager
  6. Receive LOG-IN details
    • Log-In details will be sent to you via email.
  7. BEGIN using the iSupplier Portal and ERS tools.
